Louise Walsh

Chief Executive Officer

Louise is a senior executive with a strong mix of experience in the not-for-profit, government and private sectors. A former solicitor at Allens, she has spent most of her career in sport, arts, culture and philanthropy. Louise was recently the CEO of Philanthropy Australia, the peak body for philanthropy in Australia.

Jonathon Trollip


Jonathan Trollip has 30 years legal and commercial experience in the international financial sector. He is currently a Principal and Director of Sydney‐based structured finance group Meridian International Capital Limited with whom he has been for the past 20 years.

Jonathan has post graduate degrees in economics and law, is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, has been admitted to practice as a solicitor in England and Australia and holds a current solicitor’s practicing certificate.

Geoff Wilson


Geoff Wilson has over 36 years’ direct experience in investment markets having held a variety of senior investment roles in Australia, the UK and the US. Geoff founded Wilson Asset Management in 1997. Geoff created Australia’s first listed philanthropic wealth creation vehicles, Future Generation Investment Company and Future Generation Global Investment Company. Geoff is Chairman of WAM Capital, WAM Leaders, WAM Research and WAM Active. Geoff holds a number of additional directorships with investment companies and non-profit organisations.

Kate Thorley


Kate Thorley has more than 10 years’ experience in the funds management industry and more than 15 years of financial accounting and corporate governance experience. Kate is a Director of WAM Capital, WAM Leaders, WAM Research, WAM Active and Future Generation Investment Company. Kate is the Company Secretary of WAM Capital and Future Generation Global Investment Company.

Gabriel Radzyminski


Gabriel Radzyminski has been involved in the financial services sector for more than 17 years. He is Managing Director of Sandon Capital Pty Ltd, a funds management and advisory firm specialising in activist investing.

Gabriel serves as Chairman of Sandon Capital Investments Limited, an executive director of Mercantile Investment Company Limited and a non-executive director of Murchison Metals Limited. Gabriel is also a director of Sandon Capital Opportunities Limited, an unlisted public company. Gabriel also has a BA (Hons) and MCom, both from the University of New South Wales.

David Leeton


David joined the Victor Smorgon Group in 1987 and was promoted to the position of Chief Financial Officer in 2002. David is directly responsible for the financial reporting, financing and treasury for the group. David is a Trustee of the Victor Smorgon Charitable Fund, a director of the Victor Smorgon Scholarship Fund trustee company and Lighthouse Foundation, secretary for the Trustee of the Fouress Foundation, the Victor Smorgon Institute at Epworth and The Philanthropic Investor Club. David is the secretary of all Victor Smorgon Group entities.

David Paradice


Mr David Paradice founded Paradice Investment Management in 1999. Paradice Investment Management invests in equities around the world with offices in Australia and the USA with approximately $9.5 billion funds under management.

David holds a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Sydney, a Diploma of Companies Directors from the Australian Institute of Companies Directors, a Diploma of Finance and Investment from the Securities Institute of Australasia and a Professional Year from the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia.

Scott Malcolm


Scott Malcolm has over 25 years’ experience in investment banking and corporate finance in Australia and the USA. He is currently a partner in the Sydney based corporate advisory firm, Greenstone Partners which he founded in 2003.

Scott has a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) from Victoria University of Wellington and a Master of Business Administration from the William E Simon Graduate School of Business, Rochester, New York.
