Jonathan was one of the early staff members of ReachOut and served the organisation for more than 20 years, acting as CEO of its Australian operations between 2010 and 2018.
In 2018, Jonathan established the Wellbeing Outfit, a consulting business specialising in mental health and wellbeing. Through the Wellbeing Outfit he works with some of Australia’s largest companies to improve the mental health of their staff and customers and is also an executive consultant at EY.
Jonathan is the deputy chair of the Foundation for Alcohol Research and Education and was previously a director of Mental Health Australia. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) majoring in Psychology and a Master of Public Health.
