Louise Walsh

Chief Executive Officer

Louise is a senior executive with a strong mix of experience in the not-for-profit, government and private sectors. A former solicitor at Allens, she has spent most of her career in sport, arts and philanthropy. Louise was recently the CEO of Philanthropy Australia, the peak body for philanthropy in Australia.

Louise is a board member of St Vincent’s Curran Foundation and the City Recital Hall in Sydney.

Jonathon Trollip

Chairman

Jonathan has 30 years’ legal and commercial experience in the international financial sector. He is currently a Principal and Director of Sydney‐based structured finance group Meridian International Capital Limited with whom he has been for the past 20 years.

Jonathan has post graduate degrees in economics and law, is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, has been admitted to practice as a solicitor in England and Australia and holds a current solicitor’s practicing certificate.

Geoff Wilson

Founder and Director

Geoff has over 38 years’ direct experience in investment markets having held a variety of senior investment roles in Australia, the UK and the US. Geoff founded Wilson Asset Management in 1997. Geoff created Australia’s first listed philanthropic wealth creation vehicles, Future Generation Investment Company Limited and Future Generation Global Investment Company Limited. Geoff is Chairman of WAM Capital, WAM Leaders, WAM Global, WAM Research, WAM Active and WAM Microcap. Geoff holds a number of additional directorships with investment companies and non-profit organisations.

Kate Thorley

Director

Kate has over 14 years’ experience in the funds management industry and more than 20 years of financial accounting and corporate governance experience. Kate is the Chief Executive Officer of Wilson Asset Management (International) Pty Limited, Director of WAM Capital Limited, WAM Research Limited, WAM Active Limited, WAM Leaders Limited, WAM Microcap Limited, WAM Global Limited and Future Generation Investment Company Limited. Kate is the Company Secretary of Future Generation Global Investment Company Limited. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce, a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment, Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance and is a fully qualified CA. She is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Gabriel Radzyminski

Director

Gabriel has been involved in the financial services sector for 20 years. He is Managing Director of Sandon Capital Pty Limited, a funds management and advisory firm specialising in activist investing. Sandon Capital Pty Limited is the investment manager of two wholesale managed investment schemes and a listed investment company.

Gabriel serves as Chairman of Sandon Capital Investments Limited, an executive director of Mercantile Investment Company Limited and a executive Director of Murchison Metals Limited. Gabriel also has a BA (Hons) and MCom, both from the University of New South Wales.

David Leeton

Director

David is the Finance Director of the Victor Smorgon Group. David chairs the Victor Smorgon Groups’ investment board and is actively involved in all facets of the Groups’ investments and philanthropy interests. David is directly responsible for the financial reporting, financing and treasury for the group. David holds a Bachelor of Business (Banking & Finance), a Graduate Diploma in Accounting and is a fully qualified CPA.

David Paradice AO

Director

David founded Paradice Investment Management in 1999. Paradice Investment Management invests in equities around the world with offices in Australia and the USA. Paradice Investment Management manages four funds: Small Cap Australian Equities Fund, Mid Cap Australian Equities Fund, Large Cap Australian Equities Fund and Global Small Mid Cap Fund.

David holds a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Sydney, a Diploma of Companies Directors from the Australian Institute of Companies Directors, a Diploma of Finance and Investment from the Securities Institute of Australasia and a Professional Year from the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia.

Elizabeth McGregor

Joint Company Secretary

Elizabeth McGregor is a corporate governance advisor at Mertons. In her role with Mertons, Elizabeth currently acts as a company secretary of a number of public and private companies. Prior to joining Mertons, she held the position of governance manager of the Australian Water Association. Her career includes senior roles with listed and unlisted organisations in healthcare, mining and private equity.

She holds a BA (Hons) from the University of London, an MBA (distinction) from Macquarie Graduate School of Management and is a member of the Governance Institute of Australia.

Caroline Gurney

Director

Caroline is managing director and head of marketing and corporate communications, Australasia and deputy chief communication officer, Asia Pacific at UBS. She is a member of the UBS management committee and a director of the UBS Australia Foundation. Prior to joining UBS in 2002, Caroline was vice president, director of corporate affairs, Asia Pacific for Citibank. Caroline is a member of the Ascham School Council and the Centennial Park & Moore Park Trust. She is also a director of Our Watch, a charity focused on preventing violence against women and children and an ambassador for the Australian Indigenous Education Foundation.

Stephanie Lai

Director

Stephanie is a partner of Deloitte and a former partner of KPMG, with over 16 years’ professional experience advising corporates, private equity and institutional investors undertaking mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt raisings. Stephanie served for four years as a non-executive director and chair of the audit, risk and finance committee of SHINE for Kids, a not-for-profit organisation supporting children who have a parent in the criminal justice system. She also founded, grew and successfully divested an online retail business.

Mark Licciardo

Joint Company Secretary

Mark is Managing Director of Mertons Corporate Services Pty Limited which provides company secretarial and corporate governance consulting services to ASX listed and unlisted public and private companies. Prior to establishing Mertons, Mark was Company Secretary of the Transurban Group and Australian Foundation Investment Company Limited. Mark has also had an extensive commercial banking career with the Commonwealth Bank and State Bank Victoria.

Matthew Kidman

Investment Committee

In 2015, Matthew became Principal and Portfolio Manager of Centennial Asset Management Pty Limited. Previously, Matthew worked as a Portfolio Manager at Wilson Asset Management (International) Pty Limited for 13 years between 1998 and 2011. Matthew has degrees in Law and Economics and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance.

Bruce Tomlinson

Investment Committee

Bruce is currently Portfolio Manager of Hedge Funds at Sunsuper in Sydney, a position he has held since October 2007. Previously Bruce was the Portfolio Manager, Australian Equities at Sunsuper from 2011 to 2014. Prior to this Bruce was a Statutory Fund Manager at AMP Capital Investors from August 1999.

David Smythe

Investment Committee

David is a Managing Partner and joint founder of Zenith Investment Partners, the research business he established in November 2002. David has been in the investment industry for over 21 years and is heavily involved in all aspects of the Zenith business, including managing research, model portfolio construction and participation in client investment committee meetings.
